Who am I?
I'm, the woman who wanders barefoot through the forest. (Fun fact, I even got married in bare feet.) I'm the girl who slows down long enough to listen to the wisdom of the seasons, the elements, and the Earth.
But I wasn't always.
I was the woman who hustled, forced, and believed I had to keep checking the next box. I tried to live in a world that celebrated busyness and productivity, yet the more I searched outside of myself, the more disconnected I became.
Everything changed when I slowed down.
I began listening to my body instead of the noise around me. I discovered that the life I was searching for wasn't waiting at the end of another checklist, it was waiting for me to pause long enough to notice it.
Today, that's the heart of everything I create.
