If you KNOW me you know patience is something that is almost a foreign practice for me 😅

I get it, sometimes, but most times I rush right back into the hustle and chaos and the “in a hurry” for no reason. It’s where my nervous system seems to get the most stuck.

My time in the trees, wandering is when I feel most at peace, like I have no where else I need to be. I learn a lot from observing, listening, watching. And today I took time to find some peace, some level of calm amongst the chaos going on in my head.

I was reminded it all happens in perfect time. We don’t need to rush, we don’t need to force, we can simply be present and find the magic in the moment. So I hope these videos, these products, bring you moments of presence, of peace, of calm… because that’s what I need, reminders to slow down and be present. And I can’t be the only one ✨🌲

Autumn encourages us to release and to retreat inwards.

A warm cup of tea near the fire, curled up on the couch with a blanket. It reminds us we do not need to be “on” all the time. And that it’s ok to let go.

So many women are feeling like they need to keep showing up, performing, putting themselves in places that don’t actually support their soul, simply because it’s easier.

We do this day in and day out to keep the peace. But what if you had a moment away from the noise to ask yourself the big questions.
