I have walked through my own dark nights of the soul. Over the last five years you will see I have shared openly how shadow work has shaped me and my offerings. My practice integrates Caroline Myss’ archetype teachings as well as somatic therapies, spiritual journeys and embodied tools.
Because you can not have light without the dark. And some of the darkest moments, when honored, bring about the brightest light.
