Tincture Trio
Allergy Relief — nettle, elderflowers, ground ivy in a rye alcohol base. I take this 1–3x a day during allergy season mixed into a little water. Been doing it consistently and I can actually tell the difference. This one rewards you for being consistent with it.
Winter Elixir — elderberries, astragalus, rose hips, cinnamon, ginger… this one is straight up immune + vitality support. A dropper or two when I feel run down or like something is coming on. It tastes like something your wise herbalist grandmother would make you and that’s a compliment.
